• because of permit issues, Forest Hills Stadium may not host its annual concert series.

• the cut did NOT hit the nail on the head when they said "on the internet, it seems, being female and slightly annoying is now a far greater offense than being accused of sexual misconduct” in an article about why M*gan Markle and Blake Lively. you can’t act unreliable and superior and you can’t make up an incident of sexual assault and then expect people to like you.

• new TGV Inoui just dropped. it looks largely the same and will enter into circulation in 2026.

• I walked past an ad for Natacha the movie.

• Sean Manning is giving Simon & Schuster’s flagship imprint as facelift (and a brow lift and lip filler and buccal face fat removal). under Manning, there are more high profile celebrity memoirs and even a media presence with the Bookstore Blitz series.

MIAM

• two former Roberta’s chefs opened a new restaurant in Industry City called Confidant.

• what is up with the Denver food scene ? bars there are winning awards, food writers are talking about how restaurants there are on their list of favorites.
